Some sparkle on the Sunshine Coast

Sometimes, all it takes is just one person to run an efficient organisation. Gary Nalder at RG Installations has been doing just that with our product for quite some time now on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland.

Specialising in the installation of dust and fumes extraction systems, this small but active organisation has been implementing Eximo product into the printing, timber and food industries.

Applications have been varied, but one thing remains a constant: because Mr Nalder works solo, from the moment he quotes a job he looks after our end users every step of the way. So, what you see is what you get from the moment it is first discussed.

"I believe that is why a lot of people go with me - if I say something is going to happen, that is exactly what is done," said Mr Nalder.

The majority of the RG Installation jobs involve standard ductwork with which he uses Eximo Quicklocks to expedite a project and lastly reduce downtime for the end user.

Originally based in Sydney for over seven years, the company recently clocked up 10 years on the Sunshine Coast and believes it has moved into the market in a very busy time and work is coming along nicely.

Completely willing to travel to wherever his service are required, Mr Nalder still does a lot of work in Sydney and believes his personal presence instils a good level of confidence with the customer.

"Knowing what you are talking about is one thing, but always being punctual with time and trying to give the customer service to a level he or she expects definitely adds many positives and goodwill," said Mr Nalder.
