If we received one cent for each horror story we have heard on internal abrasion of ducting, Eximo would have more capital flow than the Sultan of Brunei.
Thankfully it is not our product that rates a mention during any of these hard luck laments.
The positive point is that we have done something about it. PolyFlex, our range of flexible polyurethane ducting combats this common problem of internal abrasion regardless of how heavy your flow rates might be.

The PolyFlex range - available in lightweight, medium weight and heavyweight - is a polyester polyurethane with a spring steel helix to provide maximum flexibility and strength.
Clear in colour, each of the PolyFlex line can maintain temperature resistance rating from -40°C to +100°C and is supplied in 10m rolls or cut to length to order.
Poly Flex light.
With a 0.4mm wall thickness, PolyFlex Light has applications that include the suction of air, dusts, oil and petrol fumes. Poly Flex light has a unique organic compound added to its polyurethane to attract airborne moisture to create a continuous circuit that removes static build-up as product moves through the duct.
The product does not lose its antistatic properties as it wears and the helix does not require grounding.
Apart from good abrasion resistance, the product has excellent flexibility and is antistatic.
PolyFlex medium weight.
This very flexible polyurethane ducting also suits the suction of air, dusts, oil and petrol fumes and is able to handle airborne moisture in the same way as PolyFlex light.
But the medium weight version has a wall thickness of 25mm - 99mm for the 0.5mm product and 100mm - 500mm in the 0.6mm product.
Also clear in colour, this polyester polyurethane product is antistatic, offers excellent flexibility, good abrasion resistance, good compressibility and excellent resistance to oil and petrol fumes.
PolyFlex heavy
Mainly for the suction of abrasive materials and transport of granules, PolyFlex Heavy also has a spring steel helix with the extra advantage of PVC coating for tougher performance.
PolyFlex Heavy is antistatic, is very solid in construction, has excellent oil resistance, good abrasion resistance and a smooth bore. Its wall thicknesses are as follows:
25mm - 39mm in 0.8mm product; 40mm - 99mm in the 1.0mm product; 100mm - 139mm in the 1.15mm product; 140mm - 210mm in the 1.2mm product; 215mm - 500mm in the 1.4mm product.
As with all PolyFlex products, PolyFlex Heavy is engineered to handle airborne moisture without losing antistatic properties as it wears. It is available in 10m rolls or cut to length to order. Temperature resistance is also a -40° up - +100°C.
